Garry S. Callison Q.C
Founding Lawyer

Garry was born in Fort St. John, British Columbia, in 1937. He became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in 1963, after having studied history and law in Oregon State. As the Law Firm’s founding lawyer, Garry maintained a busy solicitor’s practice in corporate and real estate practice for over forty years. In 1995, Garry was awarded the distinction of “Queen’s Counsel” by the Right Honourable Kim Campbell, former Prime Minister of Canada.
As the Peace River Region’s most experienced lawyer, Garry retired on January 1, 2015. He passed away in February 2021.

Tyler grew up near the small town of Amisk, Alberta. After high school, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta, and subsequently a Juris Doctorate from the University of Victoria.
After law school, Tyler spent a year in Dawson Creek working at the South Peace Community Resources Society as a Poverty Law Advocate. In 2016, he moved to Fort St. John to article with (then called) Callison Zeunert Law Corporation and was called to the Bar in 2017.
Tyler practices primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial law, and wills and estates. He also helps people assess general civil litigation and debt matters, and will help connect them with a suitable colleague in the field.

Eline is a lawyer with Callison Holte Law Corporation She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Eline graduated from Ateneo de Davao University School of Law, Philippines. She obtained her Canadian Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in January 2013.
Before joining Callison Holte Law Corporation in January 2014, Eline spent ten years investigating and prosecuting corrupt public officials in the Philippines. In 2008, Eline’s family immigrated to Canada. For three years, she worked as a Facilitator for the Multicultural Helping House Society in Vancouver, helping immigrants integrate in Canada. In June 2013, Eline started her articles in Vancouver, focusing on family law, creditor’s remedies and civil litigation.
In January 2014, she moved to Fort St. John with her family and transferred her articles to (then called) Callison Zeunert Law Corporation. Eline completed her articling requirements in August 2014 and became a lawyer and member of the Law Society of BC at that time. She is working primarily in the areas of Wills and Estates, Estate Litigation and Family Law.
Eline speaks English, Tagalog and Bisaya.

Peter grew up in various towns throughout northern British Columbia. He graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in 2009, before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law in 2012. He was called to the Bar in 2013 and has been practicing law in the Peace Region since 2014.
In 2025, Peter moved to Fort St. John and joined Callison Holte Law Corporation. His practice focuses primarily on real estate conveyancing, though he is also experienced in the areas of wills and estates as well as corporate and commercial law.
