ICBC AND PERSONAL INJURY

When dealing with ICBC, you will be asked a lot of questions that you may not be comfortable answering, that you legally do not have to answer, or simply do not know how to answer. We endeavor to attend on clients to provide notary services within 24 hours when possible.
We have been the Local Agent for the Legal Services Society of British Columbia since 2004, and are here to assist you with your legal aid application and referral to a free lawyer. The Legal Services Society is a non-profit organization that funds the cost of Lawyers for “low-income” persons who are at risk of serving jail time, have had their children taken by the Ministry of Child & Family Services, or have ongoing family law issues. If you believe you cannot afford a lawyer, come and submit an application to the Intake Workers in the Legal Aid Office, located on the lower floor of our offices and we will do our best to assist you. If you do not qualify for Legal Aid you can still attend at the office to obtain a variety of brochures and publications that will provide you with information about how to deal with your matter on your own. We will also be able to provide you information about other legal services that may be best to assist you in your case.
